She is survived by: her spouse Robert Boychuk; her daughters, Rebecca Peters (Colin) and Robin Boychuk (Dan); her grandchildren, Caleigh, Jade, Ben, Ryan and Reghan; her daughter Rosanne; her sister Beverley Kerr; and her parents, William Kerr and Pearl Elizabeth Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jo-Anne's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, or a charity of your choosing.
