He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Uhl and Helen Uhl; his sisters, Joyce Melissen and Leona Johnston; his sister-in-law Mavis Uhl; and his nephew Rick Gleason.
He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Gleason of Kelowna, Dan Uhl of Powell River, BC and Ray Uhl (Irene) of Comox, BC; his brother-in-law Jerry Johnston of Calgary, AB; and his siblings' children, Kym, Sandra, Brenda, Dana, Jamie and Derek.
