She is survived by: her husband Arnold "Chester" Vogt; her children, Gordon and Carla; her son-in-law Stewart; her siblings, Lynn and John (Laura); her sisters-in-law, Adella, Kathy and Pearl; and her friends, Rod and Hope. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Before Covid times hit, every couple of months Carol and Carla would travel across the US border into Lynden and Bellingham for a full day of "girl-day cross-border retail therapy".
