He is survived by: his wife Waltraud Weiers (Trudy); his children, Gilbert Weiers, Claudia (James) and Pamela Duchesne (Marc); his grandchildren, Amber Hofer (Matt), John Weiers (Katelyn), Jonah, Hannah and Ava; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Caelyn, Rylan and Elias; and his siblings, Betty Mazure (Don), Don Weiers (Anita), Robert Weiers (Linda) and Dan Weiers (Carol). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
