He is survived by: his children, Shari MacDonald (Doug) and Steve (Kim); his grandchildren, Josh (Lindsay), Dani (Dana) and Mia (Jimme); his siblings, Duane (Shirley), Diane Formosa (Joe), Judy Carlson, Pat Vroom and Dean (Ruth); his sister-in-law Valerie; his uncle George Stephen (Bonnie); and his close friends, Marvin Yaroshuk, Liz Sheehan and Judy Hackett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
