He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Zazulak and Antonia Zazulak; his son Stephen Zazulak (Lisa); and his siblings, Peter, Bob, Ted, Fran Leudtke (Art), Mary Ewanyshyn and Tony (Gladys).
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Zazulak; his children, Paul, Theresa Mackenzie and Caroline Mackenzie (Scott); his grandchildren, Matthew, Devon, Lennet, Tiffany, Carl, Eric, Carter, Parker and Tanner; and his siblings, Sandra Seymour (Ron), Michael (Carla) and Martha Hyrchuk (John).
