He was predeceased by: his parents, Doreen Ireland and Gordon Ireland. He is survived by: his wife Rita Coffey; his sons, Matthew (Shawna) of Prince George, Jess of West Kelowna and Larry (Kata) of Black Diamond, AB; his grandchildren, Hayden, Dylan, Benson, Liam and Josh; his siblings, Nancy Ireland, Sheila Ireland, Sharon Sperling and Rick (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Ted Sperling. He is also survived by his aunts, an uncle, a niece and cousins, as well as many great friends.
Cremation has taken place, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Intensive Care Unit at Kelowna General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
