She is survived by: her husband Keith "Smitty" Smith; her daughter Jennifer Smith; her parents, Betty Burley and Dale Burley; and her siblings, Brenda Burley (Patrick), Valerie Evans (Dan) and Greg Burley (Shelese). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
