She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Kusick and Kay Kusick; and her siblings, Ronald Kusick, Victor Kusick and Victoria Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband Keith; her children, Nikki (Mel), Rick (Deb), Juleigh (Russ), Tim (Deb) and Terry; and her sister Elizabeth Shapka. She is also survived by grandma (Gram or Baba) to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
