She is survived by : her children, Joao Luis (Natalia), Maria (David), Mary (Antonio), Gabriel (Dale), Olga, Grace and Albert (Kathy); her grandchildren, Cindy (Kevin), Garry, Darcy (Lisa), Brian (Angela), Nancy (Jason), Christopher (Sunny), Jennifer (Stacey), Jamie (Nathan), Ryan, Michelle, Michael and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Nico, Jacob, Isaiah, Micah, Mia, Tyler, Danika, Connor, Natalie, Blake and Nathan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Serafina Furtado may be made to the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society, 1506 Ferry Ave, Prince George or online at pghpcs.ca.
