He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon and Shirley. He is survived by : his wife Monique; his children, Blair (Laura), Kendra and Shelby (Shaun); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jordan, Emma Dawn, Brady, Alexandra, Madison, Jenna, Julianna, Christopher, Tyler, Peyton and Reese; and his siblings, Susan (Paul), Mark (Dawn) and Shawn (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
