He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Dale Carter and Betty Endersby (Dennis Endersby); his daughter Jo-Ann Carter (Al Modin); his grandchildren, Allanda Carter (Geoff Kendrick), Brendan Carter, Gabriella Proietti (Harel Flores) and Haylee Proietti; his parents, Felix Carter and Josephine Carter; his brother Roger Carter (Patricia); his son Allan Carter; and his spouse Pat.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Carter's Pond.

In lieu of flowers, any donations to the Qualicum Bay Lions Club programs in Bert's name would be greatly appreciated.
