He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Patrick Costigan and Mary Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his daughters, Ashley and Natasha (Max); his granddaughter Roca; his siblings, Peggy (Dick) and Gerald (Kim); his brothers-in-law, Doug (Kris) and Murray (Kit); and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Allison, Tyler, Geoff, Gina, Holly, Lori and Lisa.
