He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Oakes. He is survived by: his father Jim Oakes; his daughters, Darian and Delany; and his sister Coralee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Quesnel Senior's Centre (461 Carson Ave, Quesnel, BC V2J5S6).
