She is survived by : her parents, Graham and Philomena; her brother Nolan; her grandparents, Anna, David Chang of Surrey, BC, Kelly and Alva Gale of Revelstoke; her cousins, Kyle, Alyssa, Shae and Sean Chang of Surrey, BC; her aunts and uncles, Percival Chang and Lorena Lee; her cousins, Nathan and Joshua Gale; and her aunts and uncles, Jeremy, Shannon Gale of Revelstoke, Lindsay Gale of Vancouver and Pascalina Chang of Surrey. She is also survived by friends, colleagues, and classmates.

In lieu of flowers her family suggests a donation be made the Revelstoke Community Foundation ([email protected]) in Devyn's name.

“Although I do not know Devan or her family, hearing about this brave young lady and her love and devotion to her family, community and our safety has made me stop what I am doing and to take time to remember her and to be thankful for her.
