Joan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her significant other Hank Krawczyk; her stepmother Cynthia Drake; and her brother Alan Drake.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Joan to the Alzheimer Society of BC and Yukon. Thank you for your support and for perpetuating the memory of Joan by making a donation in her name.
