She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Vigue; her sisters, Sherrian Van Goor and Dianne Garant; and her pets, Misty and Daisy.

She is survived by: her children, Renee Howe (Kenny) and Rob Vigue (Melinda); her grandchildren, Jenn Hillier (Michael), Jordan Howe (Kaitlyn) and Paige Vigue; her great grandchild Caiden Hillier; her siblings, Susan Volk (Allan) and Bruce Tillen (Jo-Anne); and her brothers-in-law, Albert Van Goor (Diane) and Eddie Vigue (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia or the BC Cancer Foundation in her name.
