He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Scott Coulter and Ethel Swanson (Swanson); his former life partner Lillian; and his son Randy. He is survived by : his wife Joan; his son Scott (Johanne) of Calgary; his grandsons, Nicholas and Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Marilyn (late Randy) of Calgary; his grandchildren-in-law, Dawn and Jason; and also, Kevin of Revelstoke, Mahalia, Heidi and Olivia. He is also survived by 14 great grand children along with numerous nieces and nephews.
