He was predeceased by : his parents, George Savage Clark and Irene Stewart. He is survived by : his wife Janet; his children, Jennifer (Jim), Karen and Graeme (Carol); his grandchildren, Laura (Stephen), Bob (Natasha), Andrew and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Patrick and Aaron; his sister Nancy Mellis; and his nephews, Mitchell, Gregory and Timothy.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Richmond Funeral Home (8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC V6X1K1).

Colin was elected Fellow of the Royal Society for his contributions to the conceptual foundations of biological resource management and behavioural ecology.
