He was predeceased by : his father Tom. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his sons, Noah, Liam and Holden; his mother Bonnie; his sister Cheryl (Don); his aunt Judy; his cousin Bonnie; his mother-in-law Carol; his siblings-in-law, Allison (Scott) and Derek; and his nieces and nephews, Chase, Nolan, Emerson and Ava. He is also survived by extended family and many, many friends.
