He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Layton and Albert Layton; and his aunt Alberta. He is also survived by two brothers and a sister, from Saskatchewan, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Richmond Curling Club (5540 Hollybridge Way, Richmond, BC V7C4N3).
