He is survived by: his wife Judy (Cruickshank); his children, Warren Mellia (Melinda), Lindsay Siobhan (Andrew), Spencer Liam (Sarah), Connor, Graham and Kaleb; and his siblings, Bruce and Louise. He is also survived by relatives, colleagues and friends.
