It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Brian Thomas of Richmond, British Columbia, born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsie and George; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by : his partner David Thompson; his sister Darlene Smith of St. Mary's; and his niece Macy Smith of Toronto, Ontario..
