He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Merle; his daughters, Charlaine and Lisa; his brothers, Errol (Delphine) and Tom (Joan); his siblings-in-law, Rita (late Arthur), Frieda (Trevor), Tyrone (Marsha) and Christopher (Amy); and his parents, Maggie Francis and Ismael Francis. He was also cherished by numerous relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Parish (8251 St Albans Rd, Richmond, BC V6Y2H6). A reception will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Richmond Funeral Home (8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC V6X1K1).
