It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Coreen Edna Bannister of Royston, British Columbia, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Bannister; her siblings, Mary Matthews, Wilfred Yole, Matthew Yole and Henry Yole; and her parents, Walter Yole and Edna Yole.
She is survived by: her children, Marleen Richardson (Tom) and Lyle Williams (Michelle); her grandchildren, Marnie, Dane (Jenni), Zachery, Dylan and Lillia; her sister Betty Vanni; and her sister-in-law Lucille Yole. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Coreen may be made to the Courtenay Legion "Poppy Fund" or to the North Island Hospital, Comox Valley.
