He is survived by: his former wife Marion; his children, Sarah, Jordan, Jacob, Rebecca, David Jr., Joshua, Rachel, Philip, Esther, Miriam, James, Anna and Benjamin; his mother Henny Desnoo; and his brothers, Rick, Ron and Jack. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren.
