He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Phillips and Lillian Phillips; his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Louise and Gordon Schindler.
He is survived by: his wife Beth; and his siblings, Vic (Candy), Wendy Schindler and Elaine Borstel. He is also survived by in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.
He requested that, in lieu of flowers or donations made in his name, everyone try to pass on kindness to others in our community.
