He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen; his parents, Merle Sim and Murray Sim; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his partner Deni; his daughters, Meryn, Emmy and Glynis; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
