He is survived by: his wife Zina; his children, Alisa (Rob Greidanus), Anthony (Damaris Van Bergeyk), Chris (Christine Van Bergeyk), Dave (Lizzy Van Bergeyk) and Eric Van Bergeyk; and his siblings, Helen Yusko, Ted (Linda Van Bergeyk), John (Helen Van Bergeyk) and Sylvia Comis. He is also survived by grandchildren and their partners.
