It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Schinnour (Salmon ARM, British Columbia), who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Ell and Magdalena Ell; her husband Don Schinnour; and her brother Norman Ell. She is survived by: her brother Myron Ell of Calgary; her children, Shelley Dawson (Bill) of Blind Bay, Dan Schinnour of Salmon Arm and Sandra Keehn of Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Jayme Ford (Lucas), Ryan Schinnour (Susan), Korey Keehn (Katie), Kris Dawson (Sara), Jessica Schinnour (Mark) and Brad Keehn (Erin).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
