With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Brian Frederickson in Sechelt, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Clarence John (Kathleen Frederickson); and his father John. He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Marg); his children, Kathleen, Megan and Ben; his children-in-law, Sal, Antonio and Tammy; his grandchildren, Quinn, Madeleine, Lucas and Elliot; and his sister Diane.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in John's honour in support of the Music Diploma Program at Capilano University or to Parkinson Society BC.
