It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles J. Hodgins (Sidney, British Columbia), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his stepchildren, Craig (Laura), Cameron (Jodi) and Susan (Jason); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, James, Grayson, Hayden and Chloe; his siblings, Brian (Marnie), Greg, Ken (Crystal), Margaret (Ed) and Carol (Roy); and his children, Paul, Michelle and Courtney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mary Winspear Centre (2243 Beacon Ave, Sidney, BC V8L1W9).
