She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Slater and Marie Slater; her husband Ellwood McCrea; and her siblings, Ruth, Lorna, Bill, Keith, Walter, Alfred, Harold and Donald.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Gwendolyn Marie (Ray) and Ellwood Douglas (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Marie, Rebecca, Jordyn and Zachary; and also, Rayna, Michael and Carly.
