She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Friesen and Monica Friesen; and her husband Doug. She is survived by: her sister Ruth; her children, Carrie, Greg (Brenda) and Don (Anita); her grandchildren, Craig (Lauren), Kyle (Breanna), Megan (Julien), Erin and Evan; and her pet Lucy.
