It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Kenzle of Summerland, British Columbia, born in Canora, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Kenzle and Lena Kenzle; and his siblings, Henry, Fred, Wilfred, Jack, Mary, Esther and Florence.

He is survived by : his wife Opal Kenzle (McConnell); his children, Lloyd (Linda), Rodney (Francine) and Linda; his grandchildren, Donovan, Travis, Justin, Dale, Meagan, Keon and Krystal; his great grandchildren, Mason, Connor, Brayden, Chloe, Malia, Isla, Madden, Zoe and Theodore; his siblings-in-law, Bill McConnell, Jenny Woods, Betty Konkin, George, Johnny, Don and Janie; his son-in-law Fred; and his grandson Jeremy.

“I am sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Bill, as I referred to him all my life because that's what my dad, Calvin, called him. I will remember him fondly as a friendly, happy guy who was always telling stories and laughing, like his brother Wilfred, alway laughing. I loved that. He was such a great person and he had a long life, rich in experiences and family. What more could anyone ask for? Much love, Susan Kenzle”
