Christine Messenger Obituary
Christine Messenger passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She faced her illness with unwavering strength, bravery, and a deep awareness of the value of time.
Christine was a deeply caring soul whose presence brought comfort and steadiness to those who knew her. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, a loving daughter and sister, and a loyal friend. In her final chapter, Christine made a conscious choice to enjoy every last moment of her life.
Christine was predeceased by her father Rick, her son Tyler, her partner Milo, her Auntie Sandi, her Grandparents, and many dear friends.
She is lovingly remembered by her mother Patricia, her stepfather Dave; her stepmother Elspeth; her sisters Brenda and Jenn; her brother Dan (Chrissie); her stepbrother Darryl; her three beloved nieces; her cherished children Chelsea and Bradon; and her most treasured grandchildren, James and Addalyn, whom she adored deeply. She also leaves behind her rock, Opi (her beloved cane corso), her children-in-law Brenda, Kayla, and Rachit, as well as her extended family, many cousins, and close friends who will miss her dearly.
Christine's legacy lives on through the family she cherished and the lives she touched simply by being fully herself. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A service in Christine's memory will be held on **January 27 at 12:00 p.m. at Avalon Surrey Funeral Home**, followed by a gathering afterward to share food, stories, and remembrance.
