He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Judith (Keith), Carolyn (Michael) and Louise (Mike); his grandchildren, Bruce (Laurel), Laura, David (Ally), Jasmine and Sian; his great grandchildren, Summer and Jayden; and his sisters, Constance (Sam) and Margaret (Ben).
