He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marshall Polykwan and Elizabeth Polykwan; his daughter Rachael (Arnold); his granddaughter Serenity; his siblings, Mark (Lisa) and Lora (Mark); his siblings' children, Sheila (Greg), Jeanette (Andy), Linzi (Matt), Grace (Sean) and Jessie; his sister Susan (Michael); and his grandfathers, Bop Bop, Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia.
