In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy George leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though George may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Kata; and his sons, Ivan (Ankica) and Steve (Lena). He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gethsemani Chapel (15694 32 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S9V1). An entombment will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at 15800 32 Ave, Surrey, BC V3S9V1. A reception will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Valley View Funeral Home (14660 72nd Ave, Surrey, BC V3S2E7).
