He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Cooper and Elsie Cooper; his brother Emanuel; his uncle Jim Cooper (James); his wife Marie; his daughters, Alison (Paul) and Wendy (Glyn); his granddaughters, Jessica, Tamera (Micheal) and Sarah; his sibling's children, Cory (Rob), David (Jen) and Victor (Charlotte); his brother-in-law Ken; and his cousins, Robert (Charlotte), Violet, Mirabelle (Hughie), Jean, Audrey, Charles, Phillip and Tamara (Jean-Luca).

Donations in lieu of flowers to Cancer Associations or Neurological Disorder (Gerry suffered from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy).
