He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jackie; his son Michael; his parents, Millicent Campbell Westcarr and Joseph James; his grandparents, Icyline Tulloch Campbell and Roland Campbell; his aunt Maisie; and his cousins, Paulette and Halrick.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Avalon Surrey Funeral Home (13288 108 Ave, Surrey, BC V3T2J6). The arrival of COVID saw him heading back to work, and in fact, was scheduled to work after his Jamaican Vacation.
