She was predeceased by: her husband Norman; her brothers, Clarence and Ivan; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret, Roberta, Doris, Leah and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Terrey (Bonnie), Craig (Karen), Keith (Leasa) and Brenda (Dan); her grandchildren, Steven (Katie), Nicole (Steph), Lyall (Jamie), Kirstin (Jesse), Matthew, Anna-Marie, Kathleen and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Luca, Wren and Tate.
Hazel was also a supporter of CKNW Orphans Fund, The Heart and Stroke Foundation, and The BC Cancer Foundation. Donations can be made to any of these or to a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
