He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Picard and Sherry Picard (Nee Fraser); his grandparents, Ken and Lilian Fraser; his brother Brian Picard; his nephew Fraser Picard; his siblings-in-law, Gordon Brown (Neysa) and Krista Duguay (JP); his nephew Jean Daniel Duguay; and his great-niece Hailee.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine; and his children, Kenneth, Donald and Emma. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
