Jeannette Lorette (Nee:bourrier) Gorrell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Lorette (Nee:bourrier) Gorrell (Surrey, British Columbia), who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, L. H. Gorrell (Bud) and Stan Hand; and her brother Levis. She is survived by: her children, Ken Gorrell (Annette), Sharon Birney (Ross), Janice Nelson and Heather Gorrell; her grandchildren, Amy, Matthew, Stephen, Jennifer, Joshua, Adam and Chantal; her great grandchildren, Leo and Julie; her sister Angeline Rowan (Malcolm); and her nieces, Kathryn (Graham) and Caroline (Craig).

To honor Jeannette's love of animals, in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Ottawa Humane Society or animal rescue of your choice or to Harvest House Ministries in Ottawa.
