He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sid Ulmer and Faye Ulmer (Kerr); his wife Glenda; and his children, Brad (Chantelle) and Laura (Aaron).
A private service (due to Covid) will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Valley View Funeral Home.
