He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline and Julian; and his sister Audrey Prokop. He is survived by: his children, Carol (Richard), Edward (Laurel) and Mark (Julie). He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 1 step great grandchild.
