He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his children, Ann, Jane, Sally (Joe), Emma (Kevin), Sandy (Paul), Damon, James and Kenny (Alley); and his sister Beryl. He is also survived by five granddaughters, seven grandsons, great-grandchildren.
