Norman Ramsay Low Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Ramsay Low (Surrey, British Columbia), born in Elbow, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Norman leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Scottish Low (William Low) and Bertha Low (Rolen); and his wife Arlene. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Hall (Ray) and Becky Low (Lee); his grandsons, Bradley (Nicole), Robert and Kenneth; his sister Margaret; and his sister-in-law Joyce. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Harrison West Chapel (9015 160 St, Surrey, BC V4N2X7).
