She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her parents, Ellen Carter and William Carter; and her brother William Carter (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Allen (Shelley), Donna (Aaron), Elaine (Randy) and Denise; her grandchildren, Leanne (Donald), Miranda (Chad), Steven, Donny, Mark (Sarah), Leah (Garrett), April (Jeff) and Alec (Emily); her great grandchildren, Ray, Rose, Charlotte, Nathan, Brock, Bowen, Emma, Sophia, Scott and Raya; and her siblings, Caroline Douglas and James Carter of England. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
