It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Salvacion Frias Moreno (Surrey, British Columbia), who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Commodore Roberto Moreno III; and her daughter Marilou Navarro. She is survived by: her children, Tess Rilkoff (Howie), Ric (Malou), Rey (Lorena) and Sweepea Tai (Allen). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
